Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right jersey size?
Our jerseys follow standard adult football sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL), with dedicated Kids and Women’s fits available on selected kits. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser, terrace-style fit, we recommend going up one size. Each product page includes a size chart with chest and length measurements in centimetres so you can match your shirt to a jersey you already own.
Do kids’ and women’s kits fit differently?
Yes. Kids’ kits are sized by age and height, while women’s kits use a slightly more tailored cut through the body. Always check the size chart on the individual product page, as fits can vary slightly between clubs and manufacturers.
Custom Name & Number Printing
Can I add my own name and number to a jersey?
Absolutely. Most club and national team jerseys offer optional custom name and number printing at checkout. Just enter the name (up to 12 characters) and the number you want, choose from the available print style, and we’ll apply it before your kit ships. You can also pick official star-player names from our “Shop by Player” range.
Will custom printing delay my order?
Custom-printed jerseys need a little extra time for the printing and quality check, typically adding 1–2 business days to your handling time before dispatch. Please note that personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Shipping, Tracking & Worldwide Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and once dispatched, DHL delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your destination and local customs. Custom-printed kits may take slightly longer to prepare.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we deliver to football fans all over the world. Shipping costs and available options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country doesn’t appear during checkout, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your jersey leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a DHL tracking number and a link. You can follow your parcel every step of the way on the DHL website until it arrives at your door.
Returns, Exchanges & Quality
What is your returns and exchange policy?
If your kit isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that custom name-and-number printed jerseys can only be returned if there is a fault or printing error. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Are your jerseys good quality?
Every jersey in our range — from Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 clubs to national teams and retro classics — is made from high-quality, breathable fabric built for both matchday and everyday wear. We inspect each kit before it’s packed to make sure the badges, sponsors and stitching all meet our standards.
Payment & Order Changes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the secure payment options shown at checkout. All prices are listed in EUR and every transaction is processed through an encrypted, secure gateway to keep your details safe.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change a size, update a custom name or number, or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll always try to help, but once an order has entered printing or been dispatched via DHL, we may not be able to make changes.
